EVENT
- When and where is the festival?
The festival is happening on the 23rd and 24th of June 2023 in Hackney Bridge, located in the heart of Hackney Wick. You can find all the information on how to get there here.
- What time does the festival start/finish?
Start: Kick off times are 5pm on Friday and 3pm on Saturday. If you’d like to arrive earlier, Hackney Bridge has a great Eat & Drink area where you can enjoy your time before and during the festival.
Finish: On both nights, the last set will finish around midnight and will be followed by a DJ set until 2am.
- Are there any age restrictions to attend the festival?
To attend Stoomfest, you must be at least 18 years old.
- Where can I find the concert schedule?
The Stoomfest concert schedule will be available on the website and our social media profiles. Any last-minute changes will be announced there too.
- What happens if there is any last-minute change in the program?
Stage times will be announced in the weeks leading up to the event. Any last minute changes will be announced on the day.
- Do I need to be vaccinated or tested to enter the festival?
At Stoomfest, we follow government regulations. Currently, you do not need to be either vaccinated or tested to enter; however If you have symptoms of a respiratory infection, we recommend testing yourself in advance to keep each other safe.
- Do I need to wear a protective face mask at the festival?
It is not a requirement to wear a protective face mask at the festival.
- Am I allowed to take photos/videos/sound recording at the festival?
You can take photos, videos, sound recording for your personal use only but we really recommend to don't use your phones and enjoy the experience. For professional use or media coverage, please contact us.
LOGISTICS – VENUE
- Can I leave and re-enter the venue?
Yes you can, however, you need to keep your StoomFest wristband to get access to the venue again. Upon re-entry your wrist band must be upon your wrist.
- Do you accept cash/card payments at the festival?
We accept both cash and card payments at the festival.
- Is there an ATM at the venue?
There is no ATM on site. The nearest ATM is within a 6-minute walk.
- I want to come by car/motorbike. Is there a parking lot?
There is no parking on site but there are a number of carpark options nearby. There is also street paid parking on the other side of the canal.
- Is smoking allowed at the festival?
Only in the clearly designated areas.
- Is there any designated Eat & Drink area?
Yes, there is a bar inside the venue. In the surrounding areas there is another bar along with a food hall with options to fit any dietry requirements.
- Can I buy vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free food in the Eat & Drink area?
Yes, there are options for everyone.
- Is there any seating area?
There are many seating and green areas in or around the venue. The venue is fully standing.
- Is the festival wheelchair accessible? // Are there designated areas and toilets for people with disabilities?
There are facilities on site, the venue is fully wheelchair accessible. If you have any special requirements, please notify us in advance.
TICKETS
- How can I buy tickets for Stoomfest 2023?
Tickets are available through this site on the tickets tab.
- When will my ticket arrive?
Your ticket will be issued electronically. Wristbands will be issued upon admission. If you wish to collect your wristband in advance you can do so at Black Dahlia Hackney E15 2SJ
- I booked a ticket, but I haven’t received any email confirmation.
Please check all your email folders. If you still can't find your ticket please contact us
- Are tickets personalised?
No they are not, your wristband cannot be exchanged.
- Do I need to bring ID to enter the festival?
You may be asked to prove your age, so please bare this in mind.
- My friend purchased a ticket for me, but we are arriving separately. Can I enter the festival with no problem?
To avoid issue, we recommend you arrive with your full party at the same time once. After your wristband is issued you are free to come and go as you please
- Do I need to print my e-ticket out?
You do not need to print your tickets.
- I lost my ticket/wristband – what can I do?
Entry will only be granted to those wearing their wrist bands upon their wrists
